You can begin submitting materials on this page to apply for a Bolotin award or to submit a nomination. Basically, there are only two parts to the application. One is an essay describing the work or project to be recognized. The other is at least one letter of recommendation in support of the applicant or nominee. Note that you can submit more letters of recommendation.
We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible to submit an application or nomination. You can start on an application or nomination now and then save it to finish later. Just do the following:
- Click the Register a New Account link below.
- Provide your email address and create a password. You will only need to do this once.
- When you return to this site, you can just enter the email address and password to complete an application or to submit a new one. You’ll also be able to edit your application and add letters of recommendation.
