Please enter your letter of recommendation in the text area provided below: The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes provides virtual and in-person athletic and sports activities for blind individuals in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, as well as virtual activities to any blind person in the world. The virtual activities include daily classes including core stability, yoga, pilates, dance aerrobics etc. These classes are available through a zoom link and fully described by the exercise trainer. In person activities include tandem biking, skiing, water sports, hiking, goal ball etc. This program was started by Billy Henrie, who, as a blind teen, found a lack of sports opportunity for the blind. I have gained much in participating in both the in-person and virtual activities.
